Job Description We are a growing financial advisory firm seeking a part-time, in-office, Administrative Assistant to join our small, collaborative team in Dearborn, Michigan. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a warm, fast-paced, client-facing environment and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate has prior office experience, is highly organized, tech-savvy, and a strong communicator. This role is a mix of client-facing interaction and behind-the-scenes administrative support, so professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential. Responsibilities include: Calendar management and scheduling for multiple advisors Support onboarding processes for new clients Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts Conduct transaction paperwork requests as directed by financial advisor(s) and associate financial advisor(s) Work with the corporate office to ensure accurate account setup and resolve issues Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues Maintain files and records Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisor(s) and associate financial advisor(s)
