  • Comprehensive understanding of Non-Functional Requirements

  • Experience of delivering with the Success by Design framework

As a Power Platform / D365 Technical Lead, you will act as the technical authority across project delivery, leading the design and implementation of scalable, secure and maintainable Microsoft business application solutions. You will combine hands-on technical capability with leadership responsibility, shaping solutions, guiding development teams and interfacing directly with customers to ensure high-quality outcomes. This role is not purely architectural or managerial. You are expected to remain close to the technical detail, actively contributing to complex solution design, integration architecture and troubleshooting, while setting the standard for engineering quality across the team. Given the pace of change across the Microsoft ecosystem, you will also play a critical role in continuously evolving how solutions are designed and delivered. This includes staying current with Microsoft's platform evolution, including Copilot, Power Platform enhancements and the shift towards AI-driven and agentic business solutions. You will be expected to assess emerging capabilities, guide their pragmatic adoption in customer solutions and ensure that delivery approaches remain aligned to modern, future-fit patterns. You will work closely with architects, product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, supportable solutions, while balancing best practice with delivery pragmatism. The role requires strong integration expertise, technical leadership across distributed teams and the ability to build confidence with customers through clear, credible technical guidance.
