The FLSmidth Mongolia workshop team is pleased to announce an opening for a Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic, transparent, and collaborative team! As a Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include daily warehouse activities such as receiving goods from suppliers and delivering them to customers. Receive, inspect, store and distribute all incoming materials in accordance with procedures; 2. Maintain records of material movements within the system; 3. Conduct inventory counts and reconcile differences between inventory count results and system records; 4. Verify materials received against purchase orders or work orders; 5. Prepare reports on discrepancies found during inspection process; 6. Prepare, send out and file all necessary documents related to quality control activities. 7. Assist with internal and external audits as required; 8. Regularly lifting and moving inventory and materials; 9. Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
