How you'll make an impact: Own and execute the end-to-end webinar process, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous optimization of the experience Manage platform setup, configuration, and ongoing enhancements to improve customer experience (CX) Coordinate and lead the full webinar lifecycle, including promotional tool deployment, audience flows, engagement tactics, and post-event follow-up Act as project manager for Edwards-led webinars in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Medical Affairs), ensuring flawless execution Act as a key operational lead for digital education platforms, combining strong technical expertise with a clear business-oriented mindset to maximize adoption, engagement, and impact Lead the operational rollout and evolution of the Edwards HCP streaming platform Manage platform functionalities, including content publishing, user journeys, and engagement features Optimize user experience across navigation, triggers, notifications, and engagement mechanisms Ensure the platform runs effectively as a scalable and engaging digital education solution Apply a data-driven approach to digital education, with strong ownership of performance tracking and optimization Define, monitor, and report on key KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, attendance, completion, dwell time, user journeys, repeat usage, NPS) Translate data and insights into actionable improvements to enhance platform performance and learning effectiveness Leverage strong knowledge of webinar, educational, and streaming platforms to continuously improve execution, engagement, and customer experience Act as the primary point of contact for Medical Education on all operational aspects related to digital education Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for webinar tools, streaming platforms, and digital learning solutions Provide hands-on support, guidance, and best practices to internal stakeholders Ensure effective coordination and alignment across teams, supporting the execution of digital education initiatives within broader programs Continuously identify and implement improvements in tools, processes, and engagement approaches to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience What you'll need (Required): University degree and solid experience working with webinar, streaming, or digital education platforms, ideally in a complex organizational environment (preferably healthcare, pharma, or medtech) Fluent English What else we look for (Preferred): Strong technical acumen with a focus on digital platforms and tools, particularly in managing and optimizing platform-based solutions Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including email campaigns, social media, and audience engagement strategies Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret KPIs, monitor performance dashboards, and drive data-informed improvements Experience collaborating within international, cross-functional teams, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholders effectively Proactive, solution-oriented approach, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation What is it like to work at Edwards Lifesciences in the Czech Republic?
