Responsibilities
- Manages an assigned clinical caseload of youth, serving as the primary individual and family therapist, and leading the development, implementation, and ongoing review of individualized treatment plans.
- Provides crisis intervention services to youth in accordance with COJC policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Develops, facilitates, and evaluates treatment plans in collaboration with youth, caregivers, and members of the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure individualized, goal-oriented care.
- Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings, clinical staffing, supervision, and consultation to support high-quality clinical care and address the therapeutic needs of youth and their families.
- Participates in on-call behavioral health provider rotations to ensure continuity of care and timely clinical response.
- Maintains accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards, licensing requirements, and best practices.
- Adheres to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including consumer rights, confidentiality standards (e.g., HIPAA), professional ethics, and accreditation requirements relevant to the position.
- Monitors youth progress toward treatment goals and adjust interventions based on clinical need and measurable outcomes.
- Maintains professional licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements in accordance with state and professional standards.
- Contributes to a trauma-informed, hope-centered, and culturally responsive treatment environment consistent with facility's mission and values.
- Other Duties:
- Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to demanding and changing timelines.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion, integrity and sensitivity to confidentiality and privacy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while building strong relationships with all levels of staff and effectively collaborating, communicating, respecting, and assisting peers.

- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Annual Salary:
- Level I - $66,000
- Level II - $71,00
- Level III - $76,000
