Job Description where it is an outline of work performed 1. Overview AIGF Advisors Pte. Ltd. (AIGF) is a Singapore-based private equity (PE) firm sponsored by Mitsubishi Corporation. We are seeking an Associate to oversee fund operations, financial control, and regulatory compliance across the AIGF Fund's vehicles and portfolio companies, while supporting investor relations and strengthening internal controls across the management company and its funds. Working closely with senior professionals, portfolio companies and Mitsubishi Corporation (Publicly listed) as sponsor, this role ensures alignment with the internal control framework of our parent trading company and the regulatory standards of both Singapore (MAS) and Japan (FSA), upholding strong corporate governance and the smooth, well-controlled running of the AIGF Fund. As AIGF continues to expand its fund size for Southeast Asia, robust fund operations, accurate financial reporting and strong governance are essential to maintaining the confidence of our limited partners and the sponsor. This position is critical and continually required to uphold the operational, control and reporting standards expected of a regulated fund manager, enabling the investment team to focus on value creation. The successful candidate will combine reliable execution of recurring operational and reporting tasks with the judgement to handle time-sensitive, high-stakes matters such as audits, regulatory deadlines and investor reporting. 2. Investor Relations & LP Reporting Support investors and limited partners (mainly domiciled in Japan), preparing periodic investor reports, capital call and distribution notices, and responding to LP queries in coordination with senior professionals. 3. Internal Controls & Compliance Strengthen and maintain the internal control framework of the management company and its funds, supporting regulatory compliance, governance, risk management and the implementation of policies and procedures from Singapore and Japanese regulation perspective. 4.Fund Operations & Administration Support day-to-day fund operations, including transaction processing, capital calls and distributions, and coordination with fund administrators, auditors and tax advisors. 5.Financial & Management Reporting Prepare consolidated financial reporting for the management company and consolidation adjustments across fund entities/SPCs, together with management accounts, budgeting and financial-planning support. 6. Portfolio Monitoring Support Support performance monitoring and KPI tracking of portfolio companies, consolidating data and preparing reporting for the investment team and stakeholders. 7. Corporate Governance & Sponsor Liaison Act as a liaison to the sponsor, Mitsubishi Corporation, supporting governance requirements, board and committee reporting, and ensuring alignment with corporate policies. 8. Audit, Tax & Statutory Compliance Coordinate statutory audits, tax filings and financial-reporting obligations across fund and portfolio entities, liaising with external auditors and advisors. 9. General Duties Perform any other duties as required, contributing to the team's overall objectives and performance. Job Requirements where it is an essential responsibilities, qualifications, experience and skills to perform the job 1. More than 3 years of hands-on experience in fund / investment operations, financial control, fund or corporate accounting, financial reporting or internal controls, gained within a global listed company or its overseas subsidiaries, or within a regulated fund manager or asset manager. The successful candidate must have gained this experience within the last 3 years. 2. More than 2 years of experience in the finance, fund administration, investment management or investor relations function within a multi-national trading company or a sponsored fund / investment vehicle. This role requires accurately reporting fund operations, financial results and performance to limited partners - including corporate investors and financial institutions such as Mitsubishi Corporation - while demonstrating both financial / operational expertise and a solid understanding of business management practices within a trading company environment. 3. More than 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial oversight of cross-border investments (including data center, infrastructure, and fund investments) involving Japan and overseas markets, wit
