Base salary: Minimum 1450€ / monthly (depending on experiences and quality of the candidate) Contract type: full-time. Start date: by agreement. Ensure calibration, accuracy, and compliance of measurement equipment within a regulated manufacturing environment, supporting quality and production reliability. Your key duties and responsibilities: Plan and manage calibration schedules for measurement equipment Perform in-house calibration and coordinate external calibration activities Ensure all equipment is calibrated within required timelines Maintain calibration records, documentation, and equipment status labeling Identify out-of-tolerance equipment and implement corrective actions Perform basic measurement analysis, including uncertainty evaluation Develop and update calibration procedures and methods Manage calibration data in internal systems and databases Administer software and test methods in QA laboratory equipment Ensure correct test methods and acceptance criteria are implemented Support validation of new measurement equipment and software Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams Support internal and external audits About you: Strong technical and problem-solving mindset Proactive and flexible approach Responsibility and ownership Quality-focused attitude Education/Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience Educational Specialization - Technical field Basic knowledge of calibration or measurement equipment Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Basic understanding of mathematics and statistics Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow procedures and work independently Preferred Skills & Experience University education (Bachelor's degree) Experience in calibration, laboratory, or technical role Experience with software validation or measurement systems Experience in GMP or regulated environment Technical documentation experience Employee perks, benefits: Bonus in compliance with internal principles Stable international work environment within a growing organization Home office possibilities Flexible working hours Development trainings Career opportunities for internal employees Employee referral program Global recognition program - Convatec Champions Employee contribution to meal allowance of 0.44 € per meal unit / day Employer contribution to supplementary pension savings Life insurance fully paid by the employer Social fund (various support and perks for employees) Free company transport within Michalovce for all employees Support for employee teambuilding activities Discounts with selected providers of goods and services Company: Unomedical s.r.o.
