Reporting to the People & Culture Manager - QLD & Defence, you will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team located across multiple states. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our staff and internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to: Onboarding and inducting new employees Supporting employees through their first 12 months with our new Start, Stay, Succeed Program Data entry into multiple systems and accurate management of Workday supervisory organisations. Auditing and verifying documentation according to various requirements Drafting correspondence Working closely with and supporting the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Requirements
- Administrative accumen
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience working to deadlines
- Professional communication manner both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail including grammar and professional writing conventions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, including formatting and presentation of material
- Capacity for small group presentations / public speaking
- Cert III or higher in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
