If you are an accomplished recruiter inside a massive corporate firm, you already know this. You feel the crushing weight of monthly KPIs. If you believe the future belongs to highly focused, deeply professional boutique practices, then First Capital Asia's The Principal Ventures Group has built the platform you need. We are not looking for employees. We are selectively recruiting a small number of elite professionals in Hong Kong and Singapore to join us as Founding Partners. This is a structured co-ownership model designed to pull you out of the corporate grind and transition you into a sustainable business owner. Confronting the Natural Limit We want professionals with a minimum of ten years of proven billings who are ready for honest self-reflection. You have solid foundations, but you have hit a ceiling. We call this the Natural Limit. It is not a lack of talent; it is a set of internal and external patterns that cap your performance. Through our Eternal Question coaching framework, we dismantle these barriers. We address the fear that costs you the close, the compulsion to please that wastes your capacity, the busyness that masquerades as productivity, and the unfocused energy that fails to convert to revenue. The Partnership Model This is a shared-risk, shared-reward structure. You will receive rigorous mentorship to develop the mindset of a principal, a defined path to independent business ownership, access to a high-calibre peer network, and the institutional infrastructure of an established group. Candidate Profile You must have a minimum of ten years of verifiable billing experience in Hong Kong or Singapore. You must possess a demonstrable desire to build and lead, intellectual curiosity, and the discipline to engage with a structured framework rather than defaulting to familiar, comfortable habits.
