Production Manager

About the role

Be fully responsible for production management, while also focusing on operational and technical management. In line with the company's development plan and actual conditions, prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly production plans to ensure the completion or exceeding of production targets. Ensure the implementation of production plans, keep track of production and operational progress, hold regular production scheduling meetings to address any issues arising during the production process. Develop and implement the "Safety Measures" plan, oversee safety technical measures for equipment maintenance and modification projects, review monthly maintenance plans, approve them, and supervise their implementation. Prepare and review the company's safety technical regulations and operating procedures, and supervise their implementation. Frequently visit production sites and teams to identify unsafe issues with equipment, propose improvement measures, and supervise their implementation. Lead the investigation and analysis of technical accidents in production, provide conclusive opinions, and propose preventative measures from a technical perspective. Cooperate with investigations of personal accidents, provide necessary technical information and preventive measures. Supervise the maintenance of various production technical records (operation logs, operation records, equipment defect records, equipment maintenance records, etc.). Organize operating personnel to diligently implement the "Two Tickets and Three Systems" policy, frequently conduct operational analysis and accident simulations, guide shift personnel in handling accidents correctly, adhere to the principle of "Four Non-Overlooking's," and report to relevant leaders in a timely manner. Organize monthly inventory checks of waste storage, warehouses, and materials. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership, personally participate in or oversee relevant department personnel to ensure completion.
