Acts as a technical resource and educational lead to ensure an efficient operation. Works with lab management to perform various administrative tasks that ensure section/shift operates in an efficient, effective manner. This position requires flexibility of hours. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree required. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Minimum of two (2) years of phlebotomy experience in a hospital setting drawing patients of all ages. Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Required: Current Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT I) certification issued by State of California.
