UX & UI Designer

About the role

We're looking for a designer who can do a lot, move fast, and keep the quality high. At Newcode.ai , we build AI products that help professional teams work with complex documents, information, and decision-making. The product space is serious, detailed, and fast-moving, so design matters. A lot. This role is for someone who enjoys getting their hands dirty: designing product screens, improving UI, creating prototypes, shaping presentations, making campaign visuals, preparing event material, and helping us explain complex ideas clearly. This is not a strategy-only UX role. It is a hands-on design role for someone with strong product UI skills, strong visual taste, and the ability to deliver polished work quickly across many formats. What you will be working on: Product UI for AI-powered professional workflows Portal screens, navigation, tables, dashboards, panels, and complex interfaces Figma prototypes and product concepts Design system improvements and reusable UI patterns LinkedIn posts, campaign visuals, and product announcements Presentations, booklets, lightbox graphics, event material, and sales visuals Product storytelling and storyboards for short feature videos Fast iterations based on feedback from product, engineering, founders, and customers Strong product UI skills Excellent Figma execution Sharp visual taste across typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and detail Ability to make complex information feel clear, calm, and premium Experience with SaaS, B2B, enterprise tools, AI products, fintech, productivity tools, or similar complex products Comfort switching between product UI, brand assets, presentations, events, and storytelling work Speed, ownership, and high standards You'll probably thrive here if.. You mainly want to manage people You prefer long research phases over hands-on design You only want to work on one type of design task You are not comfortable with complex product UI You cannot move fast in Figma You see visual polish as decoration You need the brief to be complete before you can start Newcode is still small enough that your work will be visible, but serious enough that the bar is high. You will not be designing one isolated corner of the product for months. You will work across the product, brand, sales, events, and storytelling, often on things that go directly in front of customers, partners, and leadership. It is a role for someone who wants range, ownership, and speed, not a narrow design lane. You will help shape how a serious AI product looks, feels, and explains itself while the company is still growing. Send us your portfolio and a short note about why this role interests you.
