Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client deployment execution from kickoff through go-live and post-launch transition, setting and managing client expectations in alignment with contractual scope, milestones, and client readiness.
  • Develop and lead integrated Deployment and Change Management plans that align to the client's business needs and ways of working, driving successful product adoption while mitigating client and operational risk.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing deployment owner during onboarding, building trusted relationships quickly, providing clear communication, accountability, and proactive issue management.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, Account Leads, and Client Success / Insights to translate scope into executable plans, holding partners accountable to commitments without direct authority.

  • Ensure enablement materials, training, and communications are aligned to client needs by leveraging internal SMEs and prior deployment learnings.
  • Track deployment progress, risks, and outcomes using standard Deployment tools, and coordinate a clear handoff to account teams with documented ownership.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Experience leading complex client-facing initiatives in deployment, implementation, client success, or change management roles.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional workstreams and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong client communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving scope.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience working across cultures and driving alignment in a multi-country setting

Requirements

  • Experience supporting SaaS, data, analytics, or insights products.
  • Familiarity with structured change management or client adoption frameworks.
  • Prior experience partnering closely with Product, Operations, or Commercial.

  • This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $132,000.00 - $163,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.

This is a remote role based in the US. Candidates must be physically located within the US. Please note this is a 6 month fixed term contract role The Deployment Lead is responsible for leading complex client onboarding and deployment initiatives across NIQ products, with a strong emphasis on change management, cross-functional coordination, and client readiness. This role serves as the primary client-facing deployment and onboarding owner for new clients, ensuring successful product deployment, effective client adoption, and a smooth transition to account teams for ongoing client management. The Deployment Lead partners closely with Product, Operations, Sales, and Client Success / Insights teams to translate contractual scope and product changes into clear, actionable deployment plans that balance client needs with operational realities, mitigate client risk, and drive long-term client health.
