- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on production experience highly valued

- Strong mathematical and measurement skills
- Basic computer proficiency (ERP systems experience preferred)
- Organizational and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain documentation accuracy
- Equipment & Work Environment
- Powder blenders, sieves, scales, and testing equipment
- Material handling equipment including forklifts and hoists
