• As an Operations Associate, you will be expected to work in a hybrid office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
• Assigned workspace in the Sydney, Australia office
• Company-issued equipment
• Formal, hands-on training
• Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following activities:
• Processing FX deals (Spot deals, drawdowns, deal amendments, expiry options)
• Review and Cancel/Amend/Modify Foreign Exchange transactions
• Formatting beneficiary information, setting up international money transfers
• Manage client ledger balances and creating client currency accounts
• Monitor the Transactions and Settlements team inboxes, actioning tasks and liaising with front and back-office departments
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide support to other finance and accounting team members as needed.
• Qualifications & Skills
• To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
• Previous payments or banking experience in an office setting preferred, but not required
• Proficient computer skills, ideally intermediate or advanced Excel experience
• Strong analytical mindset with high data entry accuracy
• Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Organised, deadline-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
