Requirements

We are seeking a Data Privacy Senior Consultant to support a one-year engagement focused on strengthening data privacy operations and regulatory compliance. The consultant will play a key role in implementing and operationalizing privacy controls in alignment with Saudi PDPL and applicable international data protection laws. Key Requirements Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Privacy operations. Proven experience working with KSA Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and/or international privacy regulations. Practical experience in: Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) Data Processing Agreements (DPA) Data Transfer Recognized certifications from accredited institutions (e.g., IAPP).
