In an ongoing attempt to provide quality patient care the Nursing Care Attendant (NCA) will, at the direction and the discretion of the R.N., carry out individual patient care activities in a timely manner. It is the responsibility of the NCA to communicate with the R.N. and to seek clarification of assignments. Monday-Friday 0730-1600 with a holiday requirement. Minimum Education and/or Training: High school diploma/GED. Graduation from approved school indicating completion of nursing assistant training or completion of foundations of nursing from an accredited nursing program Minimum Experience: Pediatric experience preferred
