You manage your patients, design your plans of care, and practice independently with an experienced clinical team available when you need support. For over 20 years, we've served the Bay Area with strong systems, consistent referrals, and a clinician-first culture. We are strengthening our San Francisco County team and are seeking a Physical Therapist who wants flexibility, independence, modern tools, and an organized home health structure behind them. You'll serve patients across SF's diverse neighborhoods from the Sunset and Richmond to the Mission and beyond with a caseload built to minimize drive time and maximize patient impact.
