Material Handler

About the role

Ability to stand, walk, sit, or move around assigned work location without limitation for extended periods of time (i.e. up to 6 hours at a time) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to chest height. Load, unload, and transport chemical materials using forklifts, manual and electric pallet jacks, and hand trucks Follow all hazardous material (Hazmat) handling procedures Follow all Wolfspeed documented procedures Adhere to all Wolfspeed EHS and DOT regulations Perform cycle counts and inventory checks (Oracle & SAP) Maintain accurate inventory records Industrial chemical environment involving hazardous materials Work may involve regulated storage spaces, elevated areas, and varying temperatures Must be comfortable wearing personal protective equipment or PPE (i.e. safety toe shoes, eye protection, gloves, etc.) We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
