This Opportunity We are seeking a Principal Clinical Informaticist - Clinical Intelligence to join the Catalysts team. Catalysts enables customers to unlock the full value of Truveta's data, products, and intelligence offerings through practical solutions, reusable assets, and customer-facing enablement. In this role, you will help define how Truveta Intelligence understands and reasons about healthcare data, evidence generation, and analytical workflows. You will transform healthcare expertise into reusable intelligence capabilities that enable both users and AI systems to make better decisions at scale. The primary focus of this role is developing reasoning frameworks, decision guides, and intelligence capabilities that improve how Truveta Intelligence interprets healthcare data and supports analytical workflows. These capabilities serve as the foundation for both AI experiences and human-facing guidance. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in healthcare data, clinical terminology, healthcare methodology, and hands-on analytical problem solving. They are comfortable moving between data exploration, methodological reasoning, and knowledge creation to improve how AI systems and users work with healthcare data. They enjoy simplifying complex topics, creating scalable knowledge systems, and shaping the future of AI-assisted healthcare analytics.
