Sales and Business Performance - Monitor sales targets, analyze business performance, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Inventory and Stock Management - Supervise inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, conduct stock audits, and minimize inventory losses. Staff Supervision and Training - Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise retail staff to ensure high productivity and compliance with company standards. Customer Service Excellence - Ensure customers receive professional service, resolve customer complaints promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Regulatory Compliance - Ensure all retail operations comply with Singapore's applicable laws and regulations, including licensing requirements, workplace safety, and company policies. Supplier and Vendor Coordination - Liaise with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of beverage products and retail supplies. Financial and Operational Reporting - Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, budgeting, expense monitoring, and other management reports for company directors. Store Standards and Merchandising - Maintain attractive product displays, ensure proper merchandising, pricing accuracy, store cleanliness, and brand presentation. Business Development and Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, introduce new retail initiatives, optimize workflows, and support business expansion.
