This role is a unique opportunity to influence how healthcare is delivered, using data and insight to create meaningful change. How you'll help us make health happen! Support the Head of Healthcare Innovation in shaping cutting-edge healthcare propositions, including Connected Care, digital health, and genomics. Articulate global strategies and plans clearly, concisely and impactfully to an Executive Team and Board Standards. Collaborate with Market and Business Units to drive the execution of healthcare innovation and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with Bupa's global strategy, and a successful delivery. Use customer insights and data to inform design and delivery of new health solutions. Lead high-impact innovation programmes with direct accountability. Manage cross-functional and multi-market transformation projects, including governance and reporting. Facilitate knowledge sharing across global teams and contribute to a central innovation knowledge base. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Group and Market Units. Represent the Healthcare Innovation team in working groups and forums, influencing and motivating others. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Extensive experience of strategically aligning innovation initiatives with commercial objectives and evolving market needs. Proven track record in leading digital healthcare transformation, strategic initiatives, or developing consumer-facing healthcare propositions. Strategy consulting experience preferred. Knowledge of healthcare and digital health technologies Skilled in financial analysis and supporting business case development for innovation projects. Well versed in strategic storytelling and structured problem-solving to drive clarity and impactful decision making. Data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting trends and insights to inform strategic decisions. Solid project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience presenting to executive teams and boards. Comfortable operating and collaborating within a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment. Highly organised, resilient, and adaptable to shifting priorities and business needs. Driven by purpose and impact, with a strong ethical compass; committed to delivering meaningful healthcare outcomes for patients, customers and residents.
