Requirements
- Education / Experience
- You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with 5+ years of Business Analysis/Consultancy experience in life sciences, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors in regulated environments.
- You have proven experience independently managing end-to-end BA workstreams, navigating ambiguous requirements, and evaluating strategic solution options.
- You demonstrate experience in translating requirements into strategic implementation plans that align with overall business objectives.
- You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in working with Manufacturing Execution Systems, preferably Rockwell PharmaSuite.
- Technical Skills
- You possess advanced knowledge of Business Analysis/Consultancy concepts and practices, with intermediate expertise in at least one BA capability.
- You have hands-on experience with MES configuration, recipe structuring, and execution in a regulated environment.
- You demonstrate strong understanding of industry regulations (FDA, EMA) and quality standards (GMP, GAMP5).
- You possess knowledge of MES-DCS integration and ASPIRE (S/4 Hana) is a plus.
- Additional Qualifications
- You demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and define stakeholder engagement strategies across functional areas.
