Civil Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage land development projects from start to finish.
• Support the VP by overseeing workloads, timelines, and resources.
• Mentor and guide engineering staff.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements in MD, VA, WV, and PA.

Requirements

• Active PE license (preferred).
• 10+ years of civil engineering / land development experience.
• Proven leadership and management background.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
