Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data science, business intelligence or a related field.
  • Experience working with HR, workforce, or people-related data.
  • Strong proficiency with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Python, R, or another scripting language for data analysis and automation.
  • Experience working with APIs and data integrations
  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as UKG Pro, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
  • Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
  • Exposure to statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or machine learning techniques.

You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to define key workforce metrics, identify trends, and deliver analytics that drive strategic decision-making. You will work with tools including Power BI, Snowflake, Python, APIs, and AI-driven analytics solutions to build scalable reporting and insights capabilities. This is a hybrid position based in our Indianapolis office (WTHR), with an in-office presence required three days per week.
