As an Assistant Programme Manager , you'll be the friendly face that makes the mornings & afternoons unforgettable for children. You will be working a minimum of 7 contracted hours per week across our before, after school & holiday programmes. Hours goes up depending on first drop off & last pick up. Morning/ Before school shifts runs between 7am - 8.30am. Afternoon/ After School shifts runs between 2.30pm-6.00pm. Availability from 2.30pm is essential , though finish times may vary. Potential school holiday programmes hours available (between 7am - 6pm). Here's what you'll be up to Be the superstar running our sKids programmes day-to-day - from set-up to smooth operations - while building awesome relationships with our school communities Supervise and join Tamariki in awesome activities like arts & crafts, sports, games, offsite adventures (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking, drama, and music Lead safe, fun, and engaging sessions that keep kids buzzing while making sure everything runs smoothly Be the friendly, go-to face for parents and schools, keeping communication warm and positive Guide, support, and inspire your team to shine and bring their best every day Arrive early to prep activities, co-ordinate Programme Assistants, and set up resources for a smooth start
