Learn more at verve.com . We are looking for an Advertising Operations Specialist to support day-to-day exchange operations and marketplace quality initiatives across Verve's programmatic ecosystem. This role will focus on the execution of routine operational processes, campaign quality monitoring, technical troubleshooting, reporting, and partner support. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth marketplace operations and complex escalations.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing exchange operations and marketplace quality processes
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, traffic quality, and platform performance
- Assist in troubleshooting operational and technical issues impacting campaigns and partners
- Work with SSP, DSP, agency, and publisher partners to investigate and resolve delivery challenges
- Review and validate campaign implementations, targeting configurations, and creative setups
- Produce regular operational reports and performance analyses
- Maintain operational documentation and process workflows
- Escalate complex issues to regional operational leads and technical teams when required
- Assist with platform testing, QA initiatives, and process improvement projects
- Support onboarding activities for new demand and supply partners

Requirements
- 2+ years of programmatic advertising experience in Ad Operations, Market Quality, or Exchange Operations
- Experience working within an SSP or Ad Exchange
- Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals and programmatic ecosystems
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for reporting and analysis
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Preferred
- Experience supporting Mobile, Video, CTV, or Display advertising campaigns
- Familiarity with ad serving technologies, tracking, and creative troubleshooting
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and reporting tools
- Exposure to HTML, XML, JavaScript, or advertising tags
- Salary Range
- $85,000 - $95,000 USD
