- Actively contribute to local and regional marketing discussions to align efforts and share best practices.
- Occasionally manage relationships with the media and press to ensure positive brand representation, manage collaboration with local marketing agency
- Champion a collaborative and proactive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and innovation.
- WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- Higher education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in B2B marketing, marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and reporting.
- Proven team management skills and experience overseeing budgets and resource planning.
- Hands-on experience with email platforms, social media, planning tools, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Figma and Canva, CMS platforms, and basic HTML is a plus.

- A confident and honest communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- A marketing allrounder and you have professional experience in the fields of B2B marketing, social media and content marketing in an international environment. Both strategic and hands-on: you enjoy leading a team but also diving into day-to-day campaign execution.
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented - you take clear ownership and thrive on managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- A strong team player who contributes to a positive and result-driven culture.
