Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, serving as their primary TikTok contact and strategic advisor
- Develop comprehensive partnership plans aligned with agency business objectives and TikTok's strategic goals

- Product Adoption & Enablement
- Drive adoption of key MBO products including Branded Mission, Branded Buzz, Branded Effect, and Consideration Ads
- Implement structured training and certification programs to accelerate agency capabilities
- Lead enablement programs for Live GMV Max adoption with key creators and MCNs
- Utilize case studies and benchmark data to demonstrate product value and lower adoption barriers
- Data Analysis & Performance Management
- Formulate comprehensive sales plans based on complex data analysis
- Track QTD progress against targets and required run-rates through weekly performance reviews
- Monitor MBO product adoption and address execution hurdles
- Use historical performance data to build data-driven narratives that justify increased investment
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work within matrix organizations to win support from key internal cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with Agency Acquisition Team to build pipeline of high-potential independent agencies
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create incentives for agency adoption targets
- Provide creative workshops and measurement consultations to prove ROI and prevent churn
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in leading businesses or accounts within media agencies or large advertisers
- 5 years experience in ad-tech sales, digital media planning, or strategy roles
- Proven sales success in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms, ad-tech ecosystem, and ad measurement metrics for branding and performance
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills to formulate comprehensive sales plans based on complex data
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency
- Knowledge in digital performance marketing and/or ecommerce media
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate technical or complicated ideas into ordinary and simple terms and stories
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in verticals with high growth potential: Fashion, F&B, Travel, and Finance
