- Implement tailored services and lifestyle programs for residence owners and long-stay guest
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in luxury hospitality operations
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing exclusive lounges, clubs, or residence facilities
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in upscale hospitality environments
- Demonstrated expertise in guest relations and delivering exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clientele
- Strong operational and financial management skills, including budget management and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly preferred
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and hospitality technology platforms
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in addressing operational challenges
- Experience with event coordination and customized guest programming
- Familiarity with Fairmont service standards and luxury brand positioning is preferred
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations and cultural considerations is advantageous
