Requirements

- Experience with real estate partnerships strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing client engagements and developing long-term client relationships.
- Strong technical tax knowledge, including tax planning, research, and compliance.
- Proven leadership, project management, and team development experience.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead complex projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- This role follows a hybrid work model for candidates located near a Crowe office. Candidates who are not within commuting distance of a Crowe office may be considered for a remote work arrangement, subject to business needs.
