Sales & Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and corporate accounts.
• Increase sales and customer traffic for restaurants and retail outlets.
• Promote catering services, festive packages, and retail products.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, event organizers, and community partners.
• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand awareness and revenue.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams on promotions and growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Achieve sales targets and support business expansion plans.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2-5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in F&B, catering, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Key Objective
• To drive sales growth, strengthen the Hjh Maimunah brand, increase customer traffic across outlets, and develop new revenue streams through business development, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
