Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
  • In depth knowledge of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both team members and senior management.
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making strategic decisions.

In addition, the role is responsible for preparing schedules and presentations to support our earnings calls and Board of Director meetings. This position will be based in Charlotte, NC and will work a hybrid schedule (3x per week).
