Key Qualifications Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production flow, and line management Proven ability to lead and supervise operators and line leads in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of yield, productivity, downtime, cycle time, and OTD metrics Experience in shift operations, manpower planning, and production scheduling Familiarity with QMS, control plans, SOPs, and standard operating procedures Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations
