Requirements

Job Description As a Business Analyst with focus on Source to Contract, you will act as a bridge between business and digital development. You will bring your strong understanding of procurement processes and help translate business needs into clear, value‑driven requirements. Business Analyst education or previous Business Analyst role experience is not a must for this role, what matters is your business understanding, curiosity, communication skills, and willingness to learn the BA craft. You will: Work close to stakeholders within procurement as well as external partners Help clarify needs, challenges and opportunities in the Source‑to‑Contract area Constructively challenge ways of working to find better, simpler and more value‑creating solutions Translate business needs into structured requirements together with Digital Product Teams Support consequence and impact analysis to enable good decision‑making Actively contribute to solution exploration, testing, adoption and continuous improvement Support change and learning by contributing to communication and learning material Help follow up the value delivered after implementation
