Manager - Procurement Digital Enablement

Responsibilities

• You'll work across procurement, IT and regional teams to bring structure, clarity and momentum to digital enablement.
• In practice, that means:
• Owning the procurement digital and data roadmap, aligned to business priorities
• Deciding what to do, when, and why based on value, risk and impact
• Acting as the bridge between procurement and technology, shaping solutions that actually work for the business
• Driving adoption, ensuring tools are used consistently and deliver measurable outcomes
• Improving reporting, data quality and visibility so better decisions can be made, faster
• Supporting teams through change, making it easier for people to work differently, not harder
• Over time, you'll help create:
• A procurement function that is more efficient, more transparent and more data-driven
• Stronger visibility across spend, suppliers and performance
• Technology that is embedded in everyday workflows, not sitting on the sidelines
• A scalable foundation for future capabilities like automation, advanced analytics and smarter decision-making
• You don't need to have done this exact role before, but you'll recognise yourself in this type of work.
• You're someone who:
• Has led or contributed to digital, systems or transformation initiatives
• Is comfortable working between business teams and technology teams
• Can take something complex and make it simple, structured and usable
• Understands that success isn't just building solutions - it's getting people to adopt them
• Is confident working with data, reporting and process improvement
• Brings a practical, outcomes-focused mindset
• Experience in procurement or supply chain is valuable, but equally important is your ability to drive change and deliver value through technology.
• Experience in manufacturing, resources or similarly complex operational environments will be highly regarded.
