Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen
  • Approximately 7-12+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong HR generalist background with exposure across both strategic and operational HR functions
  • Experience managing compensation and benefits reviews, employee engagement programmes, and talent initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
  • Comfortable operating within established organisational environments
  • Ability to manage change initiatives in a practical and commercially sensitive manner
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Experience supporting diverse workforce populations would be advantageous

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join an established Singapore-based organisation during a period of organisational growth and workforce transformation. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will play a key part in strengthening people practices across the business, supporting employee engagement initiatives, talent attraction and retention strategies, compensation and benefits programmes, and broader HR operational excellence. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating within a hands-on, fast-paced environment and will possess the ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with practical day-to-day execution. This position requires strong stakeholder management capabilities, commercial awareness, and a pragmatic approach to driving positive organisational outcomes.
