Responsibilities

  • Provide Customer Service in commercial related tasks and execute daily operations, including order intake and management
  • Respond to customer requests in Salesforce related to samples, pricing, and technical documentation
  • Manage and maintain excellent quality of customer data, price lists

  • Take part in additional trainings extending knowledge about products, systems, processes

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree
  • You are open to new ideas and eager to join a cross-functional, international team
  • You are fluent in both Polish and English, written and spoken; proficiency in another European language is a plus
  • You thrive in a team environment, take initiative
  • You are focused on customer needs and satisfaction, eager to learn new things and explore the secrets of the labelling industry
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to details

  • This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.
