The Quality Engineering role designs, implements, and maintains quality assurance methodologies, controls, and inspection protocols to ensure materials and manufacturing processes consistently meet defined specifications, regulatory requirements, and product quality standards from in‑process stages through final production. Experience with investigation performance in 8D methodologies ( Ishikawa, 5Whys ). Basic knowledge of statistical analysis performance. Basic knowledge of regulations in the aerospace domain. (AS9100, ISO 9001). Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge Domain preferred. Experience with physical installation of ESD tools preferred. Ability to speak English and French. Knowledge of contract review performance. Experience with audits performance based on quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001) Experience in training performance preferred. Knowledge of utilization of measurement tools . ( Calipers, Micrometers, Microscopes ) preferred. Ability to be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Controlled Goods and Technology A part of this position, you will be required to examine, handle, or transfer highly confidential equipment and technologies, including technical data or any technical assistance (such as instructions, training, etc.) classified as controlled goods. These goods have military or strategic significant, are critical to national security, and are strictly regulated under the Defence Production Act (DPA), and the Controlled Goods Regulations (CGR), as part of Canada's Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
