Responsibilities

  • Lead product analytics and customer insight generation across digital guest experiences.

  • What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, experimentation, customer insights, or related analytical roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting digital product organizations with KPI measurement, customer analytics, and experimentation insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with digital analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting mobile app, ordering, loyalty, payments, or digital guest experience ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, A/B testing, and customer funnel optimization.

This role partners closely with Product, AI/ML, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to support data-informed product decisions, experimentation methodologies, KPI measurement, and customer behavior analysis across digital guest experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with modern product analytics thinking, experimentation fluency, technical curiosity, and operational pragmatism. This role plays a key part in evolving the organization toward more intelligent, insight-driven, and AI-enabled product decision making. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Toronto, ON .
