Job Purpose As a Finance Specialist, this is an entry-level position where you will be responsible for processing the incoming Real Estate Contracts and ensure a timely payment of related invoices. We are looking for a new team member who would take ownership of the role and work closely with internal stakeholders. That's Who We Are: Come and OWN IT. What will you be doing: - Read, understand, and maintain owners' and tenants' real estate contracts in the system - Keep Level 5 process documentation updated as processes evolve - Process related invoices for taxes and utilities sent by owners/suppliers - Reconcile open owner balances and contact the owners if necessary - Ensure timely payments to owners/suppliers - Improve the current processes to ensure maximum efficiency - Create synergy between the different Real Estate departments in the countries
