Responsibilities
- Assist in administering benefit and retirement plans.
- Act as the first point of contact and respond to benefits inquiries from managers and team members on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
- Process Team Members' life status changes in the benefit admin system.
- Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the benefit admin system to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
- Support the annual open enrollment process.
- Assist in new hire orientation, communicating information about the company's benefits packages and policies.
- Partners with the third-party leave of absence administration vendor on all leave of absence requests.
- Ensures that team members are aware of their responsibilities and of any documentation and notice required to qualify for and to take leave.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3+ years of benefits experience.
- Working knowledge of ERISA laws, ACA, HSA, HIPAA, COBRA, and Section 125 Plans.
- Experience administering benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with systems and reporting. SAP experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
