Responsibilities

  • Assist in administering benefit and retirement plans.
  • Act as the first point of contact and respond to benefits inquiries from managers and team members on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
  • Process Team Members' life status changes in the benefit admin system.
  • Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the benefit admin system to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
  • Support the annual open enrollment process.
  • Assist in new hire orientation, communicating information about the company's benefits packages and policies.
  • Partners with the third-party leave of absence administration vendor on all leave of absence requests.
  • Ensures that team members are aware of their responsibilities and of any documentation and notice required to qualify for and to take leave.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3+ years of benefits experience.
  • Working knowledge of ERISA laws, ACA, HSA, HIPAA, COBRA, and Section 125 Plans.
  • Experience administering benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with systems and reporting. SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
