About the role
Role Purpose The role is ideal for talented and motivated inbound sales and service centric Call Centre Agents that enjoy facilitating sales via the telephone. Candidates should be well versed in Inbound and/or Outbound call handling, Sales and Service. Candidates will be dealing with motivated car sellers that would like to trade their vehicles via inbound calls / online platform and need help to get the best deal possible for their vehicle. Candidates must have the ability to interrogate the information provided by the seller, identify opportunities or missing information, objection handle, convert and close deals at the right time. Experience Required Essential - 2+ Years' experience in an in and/or outbound sales call centre environment Preferred - Prior sales experience with international customers an advantage Behavioral Traits Required - Confident and self-motivated individual that is results driven within a sales environment - Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced changing environment - Proactive - The ability to: o learn, understand and master new information and multiple processes quickly o deal with complexity o negotiate and influence o take ownership and deliver results - A professional approach - A strong customer-service orientation - Effective emotional intelligence (EQ) Must be able to work the following operational hours: - 5 days a week,Monday to Friday between 2PM and 11 PM - Public holidays
