- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required for meetings, training, or oversight
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Specialty nursing certification
- Nurse License Compact eligibility
- Working knowledge of home health regulations and accreditation standards
