Role:[50006154-RSE6] Senior Principal Scientist III, Cell Therapies JobDescription Dr. LiQi-Jing's lab is seeking a Principal Scientist to lead the development ofnext-generation animal models for preclinical studies for drug discovery anddevelopment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in in vivo diseasemodeling and support the development of innovative immune therapies. KeyResponsibilities Lead the design and development of novel cutting-edge animal models that could improve the predictive value of preclinical studies for drug development. Provide scientific leadership in study design, data interpretation, and decision-making for asset progression Collaborate closely with immunologists and other researchers to interpret data and refine experimental strategies. Mentor and guide junior scientists and contribute to building a strong translational research team Contribute to grant applications, publications, and strategic initiatives JobRequirements PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related fields. Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in in vivo model development and translational research Strong scientific leadership with the ability to set strategy and drive execution Prior experience as an independent investigator (e.g., Associate/Professor or equivalent in industry) is strongly preferred Solid understanding of cancer biology and immunology, with a focus on immune cell therapies and tumor immunology
