Engineer

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision Monitor daily construction activities.Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
• Quality Control Inspect materials and workmanship.Ensure construction meets quality standards and project requirements.Report and rectify defects or non-conformities.
• Planning and Coordination Assist in project scheduling and work planning.Coordinate site activities to avoid delays.Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Health and Safety Enforce safety regulations and procedures.Conduct site safety inspections.Ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Technical Support Interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.Solve technical issues that arise during construction.Provide guidance to site personnel.
• Documentation and Reporting Maintain site records, reports, and progress documentation.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Record material usage and site activities.
• Material and Resource Management Monitor material deliveries and inventory.Ensure proper use of equipment and resources.Coordinate procurement requirements with project management.
