E&IC (Quality)

Responsibilities

• Manage E&IC technical matters/items relating to pumps, valves, pressure vessels, tanks, skids, including technical drawing & P&ID.
• Perform receive inspection for E&IC items on site, like pumps, valves, pressure vessels, tanks, skids and check on the condition and quality of these items
• Experience with batch record review, quality record support, and ensuring that related Quality documents are updated
• Generate and maintain the document submittal list/records
• Ensure that the project E&IC quality documents are prepared, approved as per contract requirements, and available for use
• Understanding of E&IC equipment/process log review and continuous monitoring requirements & specification
• Problem-solving skills (E&IC) with the ability to apply logic and assess data to reach decisions and solutions related to compliance and product quality
• Work in a cross-functional team with Project, Construction, Commissioning, Supply Chain, and Engineering Team to ensure product quality and equipment supply
• Provide support to customers when any E&IC quality issues arise; help to prepare corrective action and follow up on implementation, and close out.
• Coordination with the clients for E&IC QA/QC-related activities and other verification bodies for regulatory compliance
• Assessment of E&IC suppliers and sub-contractors on the quality aspect and ensure that the project quality requirements are understood and implemented
• Report & update all E&IC findings / Non-conformance matters or related to the QA Engineer / Manager promptly
• Qualifications/Requirements:
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• At least 3 years of work experience in the Semicon/ Electronics with UPW & WWTP knowledge and experiences
• Good communication skills (writing and verbal communication/presentation)
• Interacts effectively with a variety of communication and working styles
• Able to effectively multitask and work cross-functionally
• Positive can-do attitude and self-initiative with a strong sense of job ownership
