Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the acquisition roadmap aligned with growth targets, business goals, and regulatory constraints

- Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Digital Acquisition, or related roles
- Experience owning and optimizing acquisition funnels, onboarding processes, or customer journeys in digital products
- Strong understanding of KYC/AML requirements, digital identity, and fraud prevention is a plus
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret funnel metrics, conversion data, and user behavior insights
- Proven ability to run experiments (A/B testing) and translate insights into product improvements
- Ability to balance business needs, user experience, and regulatory considerations
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear requirements
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, dashboards, analytics platforms) is a plus
- Fluency in English (B2+ minimum; C1 preferred)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
