Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance tasks to systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or carpentry
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) or maintenance plans in order to perform preventative maintenance

- Ability to read and understand technical documentation

- Base Salary Range:
- $26.92 - $37.60 USD
Requirements
- Degree, license, or certification in a professional mechanical trade plus 3 years of experience in that trade, or 10 years of experience in trade plus clear examples of advanced technical ability and continually increasing responsibility
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work all shifts and available for overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
- Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
- Ability to work at elevated heights, including the use of a ladder
- Ability to lift 50lbs
