Working Student Procurement (m/f/d), fixed term for 12 months As a Working Student Procurement EMEA (m/f/d) , you will support Procurement projects, contribute to operational activities, and help to advance our Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) and our operations in EMEA. This role reports to the Procurement COE Lead EMEA and collaborates closely with the regional Procurement team. What will you do: Support ongoing Procurement projects, such as market analysis, category strategies, tenders with RFIs, RFQs, RFXs, negotiations and implementation Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the Procurement team Create and optimize local reports and dashboards to visualize data, trends and KPIs and to support monitoring of suppliers' performance. Support the Implementation of key COE tools such as iCertis and Keelvar Monitor suppliers' investment in sustainable practices, such as SEDEX registration and audits, or review of sustainable sourcing of raw materials Support with the migration projects What you bring: Enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or similar Hands-on mindset, interested to learn how Procurement works in day-to-day operations Able to identify issues, source of concerns and propose solutions. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work with large datasets to identify patterns and insights Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SharePoint, PowerQueries, PowerBI and PowerAutomate is a plus Nice to have: initial experience with spend analytics tools (e.g. Ariba, Sievo), eProcurement tools (e.g. Keelvar) or contract management tools (e,g, Icertis) Fluency in English; German skills are an advantage but not required
